6. Rattle Snake
As the name suggests, this snake has a rattle at the end of its tail. Belonging to the viperidae family, it is a special kind of viper worth being mentioned separately not only because of its rattle characteristic but also because the young ones of this species are considered to be more dangerous when compared to the adults. This is so due to their inability to control the amount of venom injected. Unlike other snakes mentioned above with the neurotoxic venom, the rattle snake contains the hemotoxic venom which destroys tissue, degenerates organs and causes disrupted blood clotting.
