2. Yahya Khan Pakistan
Muhammad Yahya Khan was born in Chakwal. As soon as became to power, he implemented martial law into power in 1969. He is best remembered for using paramilitary and army to crush a political commotion that sprung in the East Pakistan and India in 1971.
Due to his failure in fielding a strong army against his enemy, Pakistan was defeated and this made him to become a villain among his own people. Later on, his foreign minister, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto replaced him and putting him under house arrest. He developed a stroke and got paralyzed before dying in 1980. Though dead, Yahya is a well remembered leader-cum dictator whose name cannot miss when fierce dictators in the world are mentioned.
